The CREATIONS Conference 2018 will be held in Athens at the premises of Ellinogermaniki Agogi between 2nd and 3rd of November 2018.
The aim of the conference is to discuss the notion of creating conditions for deeper learning through the combination of science and the arts.
“STEAM” (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) has become a bit of a trend in education discussions recently. In the constant use, we often fail to appreciate that it’s more than an acronym. STEAM lives on as a philosophy to guide deeper and more impactful learning. It is a well-known fact that participation in the Arts improves students’ academic achievement, motivation to learn, social engagement, social skills, and helps to generate a positive school environment.
